A very eventful day with preparation of many months and a lot of work is finished. It is unbelievable how much time to invest, actually to be present on this one day in Hamm. The always returning fight to get first of all a table is the basis of all other efforts. But this time it had worked and thus it was intensely bred, pulled, fed, nourished, looked after and maintained, advertised, packed and sold, finally. For the state was build specially counters and posters, but there is still something to optimise.
Also this time a certain restraint was to be felt. Only meagrely the advance orders and with a lot of diligence were connected. Past is the time in which the table is deserted from 12.00 o'clock. The offer has become broader, more extensive, braider and offers to the buyer today the choice between young animal and adult, between import stock animals and post stock animals, between amateur breeder and businessman. One haggles more over the price than ever and thus it is also no miracle that every one overview of the offer gets, before he strikes then. One sees the one or other face 2-, 3-or also 4-paint at the table go past and brood whether, nevertheless, something else better is found. Stinginess is cool, also on a reptile's stock exchange. I hope only that there is no bad awakening if at home come, the first animals wilt.„ Who shops cheap, shops twice! “
I found the stock exchange well visited and there was a positive bright spot. Right now the admittance was adjusted and only so many visitors walked in, as well as other they already left again. With it it was tolerable and not was too narrow, although it has created somebody also in my state to travel a tin of the table. But I have shot it quite violent, there whole tables were pushed. So big plus and praise to the organizers.
What remains is certainly the bad ventilation, but how one also wants to bring this smell to quite a lot of stinking feed animals, from the halls. There one says eyes to and by, the tolerant border quite far upwards screws. And if one has got used first of all to it, it can be also stood hours.
There also remained sometimes time for one or other conversation with like-minded people. So slowly one knows the faces and can still remember well one or other sales or purchase. Nice if there is feedback about the acquired animals and also the homepage. I was impressed, how many know my side and more often visit.
What remains is once more the knowledge that there is no other stock exchange on which more animals change the owner. Who has not thought already about it: „With the daily turnover of the whole stock exchange thus something can be financed!“
